New owners since Jan 2024. Very nice at check in helped bring the luggage cart upstairs and down no one has ever helped before. Wr got three large bottles of water that was nice. It was very clean, beds were so comfy. There was 3 of us so we took the family suite with 3 beds. It was very well priced for a long weekend. It was quiet even though it was full. The air conditioning worked as well as everything else. Love the shower. All in all great hotel, great price ,very nice staff will definitely stay again

Front desk guy was absolutly fantastic! Made my kids feel welcome and got us out of the heat with an early check in. Housekeeping staff were friendly and happy. My 3rd stay over 3 years and this hotel has gotten much much better. Much cleaner and friendlier staff, resturant was great too. I had probably the most comfortable bed I've stayed at any hotel. Ac kept the room nice and cool, updated clean room and bathroom.. Definalty much cleaner then the past 2 years.

Liza is amazing !! , the manager is very good also shiva sherman The place itself is ok , for the money it’s ok , always something definitely happening lol Beds very comfortable and if you have lots of kiddos they will have a blast Hotel staff is very nice and let kiddos go a little crazy Fun fun hotel Would stay in future again for sure Sutra is to remember 4sure 👍

We have stayed here several times as we really like the location. All the amenities are close by. We were very impressed with some of the upgrades like old carpets were removed & new floors and paint in rooms, so everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very exceptional and accommodating. We were treated very well. The restaurant, 27th Street was good as well and the waiter made my little granddaughter feel special. The location is close to a mall and very central. We could walk everywhere.
